  • Of course ! Both will help build lean muscle mass and drop some bodyfat level. Strength and agression will be increased too which is very nice.

• what's the difference with 3b-enanthoxyandrost-1-en-17-one (Super-1-DHEA) ? (dosage, effect, side effect, results)

  manufacturer says his Super1DHEA doesn’t Convert to DHT, is that because it's already a DHT derivative?

  • Hello, I don't know much about 3b-enanthoxyandrost-1-en-17-one AKA "Super 1 DHEA" but here is what I found about it.

    Basically, it's a modified DHEA (ester form) compound with a two step conversion from testosterone. Manufacturers claims a lot from it (better bioavailibity, etc.) but it's about the same as a regular 1-andro prohormone except it has an higher price. Dosage is about the same as the other 1-Andro prohormone, effects and results "should" be better with less sides. This compound (3b-enanthoxyandrost-1-en-17-one) had a lot of hype because it was in Andro Mass.

    There are some good reviews but also bad reviews. If you can have it cheap, go with it but if not, go with a standard 1-Andro prohormone. This is the best I can recommend to you.

    Everything you have is good. For the post cycle therapy, I would use Arom-X (if you already bought it) and Erase from PES (a powerful anti estrogen legal supplement). If you don't already have Arom-X on hand, skip it and just go with Erase PES.
    For the dosage, all depend the results you expect : mainly fat loss or muscle growth ?
    300 mg daily (3 serving size of 100 mg) is the minimum to feel somewhat fat loss. 600 mg daily is the "sweet spot" for both fat loss and muscle growth if it's your first cycle of prohormone.

      1-Andro is a non methylated prohormone so there is not obligatory to "pre-load" before the cycle. But a pro-load is always good for all kind of prohormones. The choice is up to you.

      If you have enough cycle support supplements, I suggest you to do it.

• I want to take a 1-Andro supplement, really like what I'm seeing about Finaflex, but my question is..
  Is it really necessary to take a SERM for such a light pro hormone? I've seen so many guys say you to HAVE to have a serm for any type of pro hormone. I'd rather not have to bother with a research chemicals and was wondering what OTC PCT in your opinion, if any, will guarantee complete protection from gyno?

  • For 1-Andro, you can do what we call an OTC PCT under some conditions : do not stack it with an other prohormone and don't take high dosages . If you are going to do that, we recommend to go with a SERM.

    Let's make it clear : we (and many other people) always recommend first to take a SERM for a post cycle therapy because that is the best thing (beside powerful aromatase inhibitors like letrozole, anastrozole...) to protect you against "bitch tits" (gyno) and many other bad effects from estrogen.

    OTC PCT Supplements are not enough powerful to give you the same protection same if some are pretty good (AD-3 Lecheek Nutrition for example). Of course, some people have run harsh prohormones like superdrol in the past without doing a proper pct and they did have any problems but that is not common.

    If you decide to go for an OTC PCT, here is two suggestions of good anti estrogen supplements you can buy "over-the-counter" : AD-3 Lecheek Nutrition, Erase Performance Enhancing Science (PES). Both contain the same main ingredient and they are pretty powerful and available pretty much everywhere.

    Arom-X is not a SERM, this is an OTC PCT supplement (not the best).
    For your post cycle therapy, I suggest to you to use AD-3 PCT from Lecheek Nutrition (pretty much the best OTC PCT on the market) : Link to AD-3 PCT Info Page

  What is this likelyhood of permanent damage to the testicles after using 1-andro?
  I would like to use this PH every once in a while (maybe one cycle every 1 - 2 years) to break through a plateau.
  But if I'm going to irreversibly damage my own testosterone production by doing one cycle.. Ill probably skip this :)

    In my opinion : If you do correctly (with proper protection) a prohormone cycle, you have pretty much zero risks of permanent damage to testicles. Yes you will lower your own testosterone production during and short after the cycle but with products like a SERM you can recover quickly.
    .
    Of course, it's impossible to tell you exactly that you have 0% of risks because everyone can act differently to external hormones.

    Any prohormone (methylated or not) will put stress on your liver. The safest recommendation I can give is to take a liver support supplement.
    If you're low on budget, save a bit and wait or simply don't take one.

• Hello, I am looking into taking a mild prohormone with the least side effects, but would like to put on some size. Was considering either decavol liquid or 1-andro liquid. Which would you recommend, and I don't understand the conversion from tablet to liquid in the dosing. Please help me understand.

Also how does the dosing change if I get it in liquid version? I was suggested to get the liquid versions from someone. Any help would be appreciated.

    Here is my opinion : 1-Andro is a more effective prohormone than Decavol. Both prohormones have in general a very low level of side effects.
    .
    1-Andro has the possibility to give lean gains and cut fat a little bit at the same time while Decavol is more geared toward cutting goals. It depends a lot about your diet and training too.

    Now for the dosing (tablets vs liquid), there is no difference for 1-Andro. You have to take the necessary number of tablets or ml drops to get the XX mg you want daily.

    I can't tell you much about the dosing of Decavol because I'm not really experienced on this specific prohormone.

    One more thing, I'm not really into the liquid vs tablets debate some guys have. Of course, it might have a slight impact on the absorption but I don't think there is a big difference.
