12-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-diene-17 is the ingredient contained in the Propadrol EST Nutrition prohormone (first version of it). This compound makes references to Max LMG and nandrolone same if they are different.
12-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-diene-17 is really similar to Max LMG (13-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-2,5(10)diene-17-one). Both have also pretty much the same effects : slight wet gains but still good for lean gains and for adding muscle size. This is a non methylated compound so you don't necessary have to take up some protection supplement for your liver and health functions.
Dosage recommended for 12-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-diene-17 is around 60 – 90 mg daily. Not necessary to go past this dosage as some side effects can appear stronger.
