This stuff is the truth. Don't even waste your money at gnc . I took 3 pills daily last one at bedtime. I steped on the scale before starting I weighted in at 175lbs. I was scared to do so throughout my cycle until today my weight was 187 pounds NO JOKE!!! ..You get headaches and mood swings but you will keeping adding weight to the bar. Expect to see gains around the second week and on the third week damn.. I will buy nothing else

What about sides? Also, I like that hard muscle look and feel, not that soft marshmallow look lol. How was the look and feel after the cycle?
